               BACKGROUND 
                  On April 18, 2000, Rabanco Connections International, Inc., - 
Maltby, G-41, filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation 
Commission, revisions to its current tariff naming rates to become effective 
May 11, 2000.
                  The revisions consisted of: Naming residential and 
multi-family deferred recycling credits.
                  At the Commission's Open Public Meeting on May 10, 2000, the 
Commission suspended the filing to allow for investigation to ensure the rights 
and interests of the public would not be injuriously affected. Temporary rates 
were allowed at company proposed levels so that customers would not experience 
a rate increase.
                  Pursuant to review of the filing and Staff recommendations, 
the Commission now finds that the Complaint and Order Suspending Docket 
TG-000589 should be dismissed and the present temporary rates be made permanent.
                 
O R D E R
                 IT IS ORDERED THAT:
                 1.          The Complaint and Order issued May 10, 2000, 
suspending Docket TG-000589 is hereby dismissed.
                2.          The present temporary rates shall be authorized to 
become effective November 1, 2000, on a permanent basis.
