Canceling Original Sheet No. 13. First Revised Sheet No. 20. Canceling Original Sheet No. 20. Fourth Revised Sheet No. 21. Canceling Third Revised Sheet No. 21. It appearing that the filing herein would increase rates for water service rendered by respondent and that the rights and interest of the public might be injuriously affected thereby, the Commission entered a Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision on May 30, 2000. North Bainbridge Water Company, Inc., subsequently filed modifications to its proposed tariff revisions. Pursuant to the review of the filing and staff recommendations, the Commission finds it to be in the public interest to dismiss the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision and accept the proposed tariff revisions. F I N D I N G S 1. North Bainbridge Water Company, Inc., is an investor owned water company and as such is a public service company subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. 2. The revised tariff revisions presently under suspension herein are considered to be reasonable. 3. It is not contrary to the public interest that the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket be dismissed and that the revised tariff revisions become effective June 29, 2000. O R D E R THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS that the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision in Docket UW-000546 dated May 30, 2000, is hereby dismissed, and that the revised tariff revisions filed herein shall become effective June 29, 2000.
