NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE

RE: AT&T Communications of the Northwest, Inc. v. U S WEST 
 Communications, Inc.,  Docket No. UT-991292

TO ALL PARTIES OF RECORD:

The Commission gives notice to all parties of record of the time and place 
established for a prehearing conference in this matter.  The purpose of the 
conference is to explore any procedural issues arising from its Fourth and 
Fifth Supplemental Orders of November 12 and 19, including whether changes to 
the schedule set out in the Fifth Supplemental Order are necessary, and to 
consider any new procedural matters brought on by the parties or the Commission.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the prehearing conference in this matter will be 
heard on Thursday, December 2, 1999, beginning at 8:30 a.m., in Room 216, 
Chandler Plaza Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive SW, Olympia, WA.

The Commission’s conference bridge is not available for this conference.
