  On February 22, 1999, Roche Harbor Water Systems, Inc., (Roche Harbor) filed 
tariff revisions with the Commission designated as:

   Third Revised Sheet No. W-1
   Canceling
   Second Substitute Revised Sheet No. W-1 and

   Second Revised Sheet No. W-2
   Canceling
   First Revised Sheet No. W-2.

  Roche Harbor has filed for general rates in the amount of approximately 
$5,212 or 3 percent of additional revenue per year.  The company serves 
approximately 370 residential customers on San Juan Island.

  It appearing that the filing herein would increase rates for water service 
rendered by respondent and that the rights and interest of the public might be 
injuriously affected thereby, the Commission, March 31, 1999, entered a 
Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions.

  The Commission is now in receipt of a letter dated June 3, 1999, whereby 
respondent requests that the tariff revisions filed in this docket be withdrawn.

  From all indications, it appears to be in the public interest to accommodate 
the request and to concurrently dismiss the Complaint and Order Suspending 
Tariff Revisions.


O R D E R

  THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS That the tariff revisions, filed in this 
docket UW-990206, shall be and the same are hereby withdrawn, and that the 
Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket dated March 31, 
1999, shall be and the same is hereby dismissed.
