TC-980299 ) ) SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER ) DISMISSING COMPLAINT, ) LIFTING SUSPENSION AND ) APPROVING RATES ) ) ) ) ) ) On March 4, 1998, Olympic Van Tours, Inc., d/b/a Olympic Bus Lines, C-992, filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revisions to its current tariff naming rates to become effective April 6, 1998. The revisions consisted of: Tariff No. 4 replacing Tariff No. 3, reflecting a rate increase. At the Commission's open public meeting of March 25, 1998, the Commission suspended the filing for investigation and hearing to ensure the rights and interests of the public would not be injuriously affected. Temporary rates were granted, effective April 6, 1998. The Commission staff has now completed its investigation and determined that the rates and charges as filed are fair, just and reasonable. At the open public meeting of October 14, 1998, staff recommended that the rates should be made permanent as filed. Pursuant to review of the filing, and staff recommendations, the Commission finds that the Complaint and Order suspending Docket TC-980299 should be dismissed and the rates be made permanent. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED That the Complaint and Order issued March 25, 1998 suspending Docket TC-980299 is hereby dismissed. IT IS ORDERED That the rates contained in Docket TC-980299 shall be authorized to become effective October 15, 1998 on a permanent basis.
