The stated effective dates are January 1, 1997. It appearing that the filing herein would increase charges and rates for water service rendered by respondent and that the rights and interest of the public might be injuriously affected thereby, the Commission, December 30, 1996, entered a Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions. The Commission is now in receipt of a letter dated June 6, 1997, whereby respondent requests that the tariff revisions filed in this docket be withdrawn. From all indications, it appears to be in the public interest to accommodate the request and to concurrently dismiss the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions. O R D E R THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS That the tariff revisions, filed in this Docket UW-961385, shall be and the same are hereby withdrawn, and that the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket dated December 30, 1996, shall be and the same is hereby dismissed.
