UE-010283 ORDER REQUIRING REPORTING BACKGROUND 1 By Order issued in Docket No. UE-001841 on December 9, 2000, the Commission allowed a new tariff Schedule 93, Voluntary Interruption of Service, filed by Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to become effective on less than statutory notice. The Order also required 1) PSE to post offered curtailment prices on a publicly available website, and 2) periodic reports to be filed with the Commission in a form and on a schedule sent by the Secretary. 2 On February 28, 2001, PSE filed tariff revisions to Schedule 93 in Docket No. UE-010283, which include an extension of the program termination date to October 31, 2001. The revisions were allowed to go into effect on March 31, 2001. 3 PSE agrees to continue to comply with the public disclosure of current curtailment price offers required by Order in Docket UE-001841. 4 Furthermore, PSE agrees to file quarterly reports on participation and key aspects of the voluntary curtailments during the extension period. 5 This matter was heard by the Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting of March 28, 2001. O R D E R 6 THE COMMISSION ORDERS: 7 (1) That Puget Sound Energy must post its current curtailment price offers on a publicly available website. 8 (2) The Commission further orders that Puget Sound Energy must file quarterly reports with the Commission in a form and on a schedule sent by letter from the Secretary.
