The stated effective date was March 2, 2000 It appearing that the filing would increase charges for foot ferry service rendered by respondent and that the rights and interests of the public might be injuriously affected, the Commission, on February 23, 2000, entered a Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions. The Commission is now in receipt of a letter dated March 23, 2000, whereby respondent requests that the tariff revisions filed in this docket be withdrawn. From all indications, it appears to be in the public interest to accommodate the request and to concurrently dismiss the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: That the tariff revisions, filed in this docket TS-000136, shall be withdrawn, and that the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket dated February 23, 2000 shall be dismissed.
