DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AREA AGREEMENT

Puget Sound Energy agrees to release to the Light Division of the City of 
Tacoma, Department of Public Utilities the right to serve the entire east half 
(63 lots) of the Goodpasture plat of which 53 lots of the plat are within Puget 
Sound Energy's service area, located on 128th Street East and 64th Ave. East in 
Section 7, Township 19 North, Range 4 East W.M. 

Puget Sound Energy accepts from the Light Division of the City of Tacoma, 
Department of Public Utilities the right to serve fourteen (14) lots of the 
Carrington Hills plats (lot Nos. 39, 40, 41, 104, 105, 106, 114, 115, 116, 117, 
118, 119, 120 and 121) that are within the Light Division's service area and 
are located south of the extension of 133rd Street Court East in Section 14, 
Township 19 North, Range 4 East W.M.
