UE-010250 ORDER REQUIRING REPORTING BACKGROUND 1 By Order issued in Docket No. UE-001951 on December 13, 2000, the Commission allowed a new tariff Schedule 71, Energy Exchange Pilot Program, filed by PacifiCorp d/b/a/ Pacific Power & Light (PacifiCorp) to become effective on less than statutory notice. The Order also required 1) PacifiCorp to make its curtailment price offers publicly available at its offices in Washington and at the Commission, and 2) periodic reports to be filed with the Commission in a form and on a schedule sent by the Secretary. 2 On February 22, 2001, PacifiCorp filed tariff revisions to Schedule 71 in Docket No. UE-010250, which include an extension of the program termination date to October 31, 2001. The revisions were allowed to go into effect on April 1, 2001. 3 PacifiCorp agrees to continue to comply with the public disclosure of current curtailment price offers required by Order in Docket UE-001951. 4 Furthermore, PacifiCorp agrees to file quarterly reports on participation and key aspects of the voluntary curtailments during the extension period. 5 This matter was heard by the Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting of March 28, 2001. O R D E R 6 THE COMMISSION ORDERS: 7 (1) That PacifiCorp d/b/a/ Pacific Power & Light must make its curtailment price offers publicly available at its offices in Washington and at the Commission. 8 (2) The Commission further orders that PacifiCorp d/b/a/ Pacific Power & Light must file quarterly reports with the Commission in a form and on a schedule sent by letter from the Secretary.
