TC-001901 ) ) COMPLAINT AND ORDER ) SUSPENDING TARIFF ) FILING ) ) ) ) ) BACKGROUND On December 6, 2000, Pearson, Sharyn & Zepp, Linda, d/b/a Centralia-SeaTac Airport Express, LLC., C-993, filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revisions to its current tariff naming increased rates to become effective January 6, 2001. The revisions consisted of: Increasing all one-way fares by $2.00, and increasing all round trip fares by $4.00. It appearing that the filing would increase rates and charges for service rendered by the respondent, it is the decision of the Commission to enter upon an investigation and public hearing or hearings concerning such changes to determine the reasonableness and justness to ensure the rights and interests of the public will not be injuriously affected. Further, it is the decision of the Commission to suspend the operation of filing TC-001901 pending such investigation and hearing or hearings and decision. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED That filing TC-001901 is suspended. IT IS ORDERED That a hearing or hearings, on the Commission's own motion, shall be held at such times and places as may be required. IT IS ORDERED That the rates and charges sought to be amended by filing TC-001901 shall not be changed by a subsequent tariff or filing, until this suspension proceeding has been disposed of, or, until the period of suspension and any extension has expired, unless authorized by special permission of the Commission.
