NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR EVIDENTIARY HEARING

TO ALL PARTIES OF RECORD:
The Commission gives notice to all parties of record of the time for filing 
objections to evidence, motions to strike, and other motions with respect to 
this proceeding. This process will expedite the handling of these matters and 
preserve valuable hearing time. The Commission also gives notice of the time 
and location of the evidentiary hearing.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT parties must file and identify objections to 
evidence, motions to strike, and other motions by 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 19, 
2000. Service should be accomplished by facsimile or email. Responses to 
objections and motions must be filed and served in the same manner by 5:00 
p.m., June 21, 2000.
Parties are reminded that exhibits to be presented during cross-examination 
must be provided to other parties and to the presiding ALJ (8 copies) in the 
order the party intends to use them in a packet, by witness, with a brief 
description, and punched for insertion in a three-ring binder, by 5:00 p.m., 
Friday, June 16, 2000. Parties are also reminded that witness lists, and the 
order of witnesses should be provided to the presiding ALJ by 5:00 p.m., 
Friday, June 16, 2000.
Parties are requested to provide the presiding ALJ with time estimations for 
cross-examination of witnesses by 5:00 p.m., June 20, 2000.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that evidentiary hearings in this matter will be held on 
Friday, June 23, 2000, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in Room 206, Chandler Plaza 
Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive SW, Olympia, Washington. Parties are 
requested to be present in the hearing room by 9:00 a.m. to attend to any 
preliminary matters.
