NOTICE EXTENDING TIME TO FILE PART B REBUTTAL TESTIMONY 
AND REVISED FILING REQUIREMENTS

TO PARTIES OF RECORD: 
On October 19, 2000, the Commission granted the request of certain parties for 
the extension of time to file Part B response testimony from Friday, October 
20, 2000, to Monday, October 23, 2000, and Part B rebuttal testimony from 
Friday November 3, 2000 to Monday, November 6, 2000. The Commission also 
allowed parties to file and serve Part B response and rebuttal testimony via 
email attachment provided a paper copy is filed and served the next business 
day.
The Commission is studying the issue of electronic filings; however, 
administrative problems caused by the receipt of electronic filings presently 
makes any further electronic submissions impractical. In order to fully effect 
the extension of time granted by the Commission, the Commission further extends 
the time to file rebuttal testimony to Tuesday, November 7, 2000. 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deadline for filing an original, the requisite 
number of copies, and an electronic version on diskette of Part B rebuttal 
testimony is extended from Monday November 6, 2000 to Tuesday, November 7, 2000.
