  On June 25, 1997, Cascade Natural Gas Corporation, filed with the Commission 
under its Advice No. W97-06-02, revisions to its currently effective Tariff WN 
U-3, designated as:
 
Ninth Revision Sheet No. 12;
Original Sheet No. 12-A;
Original Sheet No. 12-B;
Original Sheet No. 12-C;
Fourth Revision Sheet No. 13.

  It appearing that the filing herein would restructure charges and rates, 
increasing rates for some customers for main extension service rendered by the 
respondent and that the rights and interest of the public might be injuriously 
affected thereby, the Commission, on August 13, 1997, entered a Complaint and 
Order Suspending Tariff Revisions.

  The Commission received a letter dated November 20, 1997, whereby respondent 
requests that the tariff revisions filed in this docket be withdrawn.  The 
respondent, on the same date filed new tariff sheets, in Docket UG-971666, 
which replace the suspended tariff sheets in this docket.

  From all indications, it appears to be in the public interest to accommodate 
the request and to concurrently dismiss the Complaint and Order Suspending 
Tariff Revisions.


O R D E R

  THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS That the tariff revisions, filed in this 
docket UT-971061, shall be and the same are hereby withdrawn, and that the 
Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket dated April 13, 
1997, shall be and the same is hereby dismissed.
