It appearing that the filing herin would increase rates for water service rendered by respondent and that the rights and interest of the public might be injuriously affected thereby, the Commission, on October 25, 1995, entered a Complaint and Order Susending Tariff Revisions. The Commission is now in receipt of a letter dated November 7, 1995, (received December 6, 1995) whereby respondent requests that the tariff revisions filed in this docket be withdrawn.
