The petition requests Olympic Water and Sewer, Inc., be granted an extension until June 1, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report. The petition was accompanied by a check remitting to the Commission the company's 2000 regulatory fees. 2 WAC 480-110-275(4) allows water companies to request an extension of time for filing annual reports. FINDINGS 3 The Commissioners have reviewed the petition and have been fully advised in the matter. They believe granting the petition is not inconsistent with public interest, and direct the Secretary to issue the Order. O R D E R 4 THE COMMISSION ORDERS: 5 Olympic Water and Sewer, Inc., is granted an exemption to the provisions of WAC 480-110-275(3) and is granted an extension until June 1, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report of financial and operational activity.
