TG-000588 ) V. ) COMPLAINT AND ORDER ) SUSPENDING TARIFF Rabanco Connections International, ) FILING AND GRANTING Inc. - Issaquah, G-41 ) TEMPORARY RATES ) Respondent. ) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ) On April 18, 2000, Rabanco Connections International, Inc. - Issaquah, G-41, filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revisions to its current tariff naming rates to become effective May 11, 2000. The filed revisions consisted of: Naming revised residential deferred recycling credits. The Commission suspended filings TG-000588 on May 10, 2000, to allow for hearing or hearings to ensure the rights and interests of the public would not be injuriously affected. Without temporary rate relief in effect during the suspension, customers would experience a rate increase. Pursuant to review of the filing and staff recommendations, the Commission finds that temporary rates should be allowed. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED That the proposed rates of Rabanco Connections International, Inc. - Issaquah, contained in Docket TG-000588 be suspended, and further that the carrier is authorized to implement and collect, on a temporary basis, said rates to become effective May 11, 2000.
