NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO
FILE PART B RESPONSE AND REBUTTAL TESTIMONY
(October, 23, 2000 and November 6, 2000, respectively)
Re: In the Matter of the Continued Costing and Pricing of Unbundled Network 
Elements, Transport,  and Termination; Docket No. UT-003013
TO PARTIES OF RECORD: 
On October 19, 2000, Covad Communications Company (Covad) and Rhythms Links, 
Inc.(Rhythms), filed a request to extend the deadline for Part B response 
testimony and Part B rebuttal testimony. In each instance the requested 
extension is three calendar days bridging a weekend. Covad and Rhythms 
represent that Commission Staff, Public Counsel, Qwest, Verizon, Nextlink, 
TRACER, AT&T, Sprint, and WorldCom do not object to the request.
The Commission finds good cause to extend the deadline for filing Part B 
response testimony from Friday, October 20, 2000, to Monday, October 23, 2000, 
and Part B rebuttal testimony from Friday November 3, 2000 to Monday, November 
6, 2000 , and also finds that no other party is prejudiced by the extension. 
Parties may file and serve Part B response and rebuttal testimony via email 
attachment if a paper copy is filed and served the next business day.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deadline for filing Part B response testimony 
is extended from Friday, October 20, 2000, to Monday, October 23, 2000, and the 
deadline for filing Part B rebuttal testimony is extended from Friday November 
3, 2000 to Monday, November 6, 2000.
