P-7, P-7a, P-24, P-24a, P-25, P-25a, P-26, P-26a, P-29, P-29a, P-31, P-31a, P-43, P-43a, P-46, P-46a, P-48, P-49, P-49a, and P-80. The Commission, on February 25, 1998, entered a Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions pending completion of an investigation concerning the changes and the reasonableness and justness thereof. Subsequent to the suspension, the Company provided requested support documentation and information showing the proposed tariff changes to be fair, just, and resonable for the pilot program to which they apply. Commission Staff has reviewed the information provided and submitted a recommendation to accept the tariff revisions as filed. FINDINGS 1. Puget Sound Energy, Inc., is an investor-owned electric company and as such is a public service company subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. 2. The revisions presently under suspension herein are considered reasonable. 3. Dismissal of the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket is in the public interest. The revisions to the respondent's Tariff WN U-60 are effective as of March 12, 1998. O R D E R THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS That the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions in this docket, dated February 25, 1998, is hereby dismissed, and the revisions filed on January 22, 1998, shall become effective March 12, 1998.
