TS-970512 ) ) SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER ) DISMISSING COMPLAINT, ) LIFTING SUSPENSION AND ) APPROVING REVISED TIME ) AND TARIFF SCHEDULES ) ) ) On March 17, 1997, Island Mariner, Inc. , BC-95, filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission revisions to its current tariff naming rates to become effective May 24, 1997. The revisions consisted of: Tariff No. 12, reflecting revised Time and Tariff Schedules. At the Commission's open public meeting of May 16, 1997, the Commission suspended the filing for investigation and hearing to ensure the rights and interests of the public would not be injuriously affected. The Commission staff has now completed its investigation and determined that the provisions filed are fair, just and reasonable. At the open public meeting of August 13, 1997, staff recommended that the revised Time & Tariff Schedule be allowed to become effective as filed. Pursuant to review of the filing, testimony and staff recommendations, the Commission finds that the Complaint and Order suspending Docket TS-970512 should be dismissed and the revised Time and Tariff Schedule be allowed to become effective. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED That the Complaint and Order issued May 19, 1997 suspending Docket TS-970512 is hereby dismissed. IT IS ORDERED That the revised Time and Tariff Schedule contained in Docket TS-970512 shall be authorized to become effective August 14, 1997, on a permanent basis.
