Kala Point’s petition requests the Commission grant an exemption to the provisions WAC 480-110-275(3) that require water companies to file an annual report of financial and operational activity by May 1. The petition requests Kala Point be granted an extension until June 1, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report. The petition was accompanied by a check remitting to the Commission estimated 2001 regulatory fees. 2 WAC 480-110(4) allows water companies to request an extension of time for filing annual reports. FINDINGS 3 The Commissioners have reviewed the petition and have been fully advised in the matter. They believe granting the petition is in the public interest, and direct the Secretary to issue the Order. O R D E R 4 THE COMMISSION ORDERS: 5 Kala Point Utility Company is granted an exemption to the provisions of WAC 480-110-275(3) and is granted an extension until June 1, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report of financial and operational activity.
