The petition requests Bainbridge Disposal be granted an extension until May 31, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report. The petition was accompanied by a check remitting to the Commission estimated 2001 regulatory fees. 2 WAC 480-70-071(1)(c) provides that the Commission may grant an extension of time allowing the company to file its annual report after the May due date if the Commission receives a request for extension by May 1. FINDINGS 3 The Commissioners have reviewed the petition and have been fully advised in the matter. They believe granting the petition is in the public interest, and direct the Secretary to issue the Order. O R D E R 4 THE COMMISSION ORDERS: 5 Bainbridge Disposal is granted an exemption to the provisions of WAC 480-70-071(1)(b) and is granted an extension until May 31, 2001, to file the company's 2000 annual report of financial and operational activity.
