The purpose of this filing is to comply with Rural Utility Service (RUS) rules concerning applications for loans. The RUS requires applicants for loans to have approved tariffs on which RUS may base its calculations to determine if the anticipated revenue will be sufficient to repay the loan. Because the tariff filed herein is fair, just and reasonable, it is deemed appropriate that the tariff be approved. The Company does not intend to offer service before October 1, 2000, so the Commission need take no action on the request for less than statutory notice. (The tariff includes language stating that Beaver Creek does not anticipate offering service prior to October 1, 2001.)
