From all indications, it appeared to be in the public interest to accommodate the request and the Commission allowed the tariff revision to become effective July 1, 2000. Due to the pre-funding surcharge and State Revolving Fund form of annual payments, Staff requested that Harbor Hills Water Company, provide quarterly financial information to monitor the results of this surcharge and loan repayments. F I N D I N G S Harbor Hills Water Company, is an investor owned water company and as such is a public service company subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. O R D E R THE COMMISSION ORDERS that Harbor Hills Water Company, provide quarterly reports, in a form proscribed by Commission Staff and bank statements, for the period of the surcharge and loan repayment..
