TO ALL PARTIES: 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the dates for evidentiary hearings in this proceeeding 
have been changed to accommodate the schedules of the Commissioners.  
Evidentiary hearings will be held on May 16-18, 2000,  instead of  May 15-17, 
2000.
