TO PARTIES OF RECORD: 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commission has determined a continuance of the 
schedule for responses required by its May 11, 2000, Notice of Revised Schedule 
for Filing Briefs and Notice of Additional Process is required to allow 
additional time for Joint Applicants, Public Counsel, and Staff to pursue a 
comprehensive settlement of the issues in this proceeding. In accordance with 
Staff= s written request today, which is supported by Joint Applicants and 
Public Counsel, the date for the previously noticed responses is postponed by 
one business day until Monday, May 22, 2000, at 12:00 noon.
