  On October 9, 1998, CCCWA, Inc., d/b/a Connect!, filed with the Commission an 
application for registration as a telecommunications company in Docket 
UT-981292.  The application is not in compliance with the rules set forth in 
chapters 480-120 and 480-121 WAC and should therefore be rejected.

  IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED That the above application of CCCWA, Inc., d/b/a 
Connect!, in Docket UT-981292, is rejected in its entirety.  This order shall 
not preclude a subsequent application by CCCWA, Inc., d/b/a Connect! for 
authorization as a telecommunications company.
