On July 21, 1997, NEXTLINK Washington, L.L.C., filed with the Commission, revisions to its Tariff WN U-5 . The purpose of this filing is to amend Message Toll service to add Presubscription. The filing is made pursuant to the petition of NEXTLINK Washington, L.L.C. for approval of IntraLATA Toll Dialing parity Implementation Plan, Docket UT-970320. The tariff sheets bear an inserted effective date of August 20, 1997. This date recognizes statutory notice as required under RCW 80.36.110. The company requests, however, that statutory notice be waived and that the revisions become effective August 8, 1997. The reason for requesting LSN is to implement IntraLATA presubscription as required by the FCC and the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Since the tariff revisions filed herein are fair, just and reasonable, and waiver of statutory notice is not inconsistent with the public interest, it is deemed appropriate that the company be granted the waiver it is requesting with an effective date of August 8, 1997. FINDINGS After careful examination of the tariff revisions filed herein by NEXTLINK Washington, L.L.C., July 21, 1997, and giving consideration to all relevant matters and for good cause shown, the Commission finds that the tariff revisions should become effective August 8, 1997.
