The Commission, on June 28, 1995, entered a Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision pending an investigation concerning the changes and the reasonableness and justness thereof. The reason for lifting suspension is that the investigation has been completed and the rate which should be mirrored has been raised to $0.00152 by the Commission by approval of the revised filing of the Washington Exchange Carrier Association in Docket UT-951091. FINDINGS 1. GTE Northwest Incorporated is a Telecommunications company and as such is a public service company subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. 2. The revision presently under suspension herein has been revised to $0.00152 and is not considered to be unreasonable. 3. It is not contrary to public interest that the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision in this docket be dismissed and that the revised revision to the respondent's Tariff WN U-11, become effective October 1, 1995. O R D E R THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS That the Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revision in this docket, dated June 28, 1995, be and the same is hereby dismissed, and that the revision filed herein as revised to $0.00152, be and the same shall become effective October 1, 1995.
