CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOP

TO INTERESTED PERSONS:

The Commission hereby cancels the customer notice workshop previously scheduled 
for Monday, April 30, 2001.  Please view this as an indefinite continuance.  
The Commission presently intends to hold a workshop at a future time.  The 
Commission will notify interested persons when the workshop is rescheduled.
The Commission continues to be very interested in your comments on the Customer 
Notice Draft Rules.  Please submit your comments by April 25, 2001, as provided 
in the prior notice.
