UT-990946 ORDER APPROVING TARIFF REVISIONS On October 8, 1999, 1-800 RECONEX and staff entered a stipulated agreement in Docket UT-990946. On December 30, 1999, the Commission entered its First Supplemental order amending and approving the stipulation in part. One of the conditions of the stipulated agreement was that the company work with staff to modify its tariff to clarify its billing and collection practices. FINDINGS THE COMMISSION FINDS: 1. 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. is a public service company subject to the jurisdiction of this Commission under the provisions of Chapter 80.36 RCW. 2. It appears, upon investigation, that the tariff revisions developed by staff and 1-800-RECONEX, Inc. meet the intended purpose provided for in the approved stipulated agreement and the Commission order. O R D E R 1. The Commission finds that the tariff revisions are in the public interest and meet the terms of the stipulated agreement and the Commission’s Order and are, therefore, approved.
