Commission docket No. UT-970766.  This is a matter 
captioned WUTC vs. U S  WEST Communications, 
respondent.  This pre-hearing conference is being held 
pursuant to due and proper notice to all interested 
persons on Wednesday, September 17, 1997 at the 
Commission offices in the Commission hearing room 
again pursuant to notice.
