(USWC), filed with the Commission a contract for Intrastate Frame Relay Services. The purpose of this filing is to provide rates, terms and conditions associated with a contract for intrastate advanced commuications offered by the company. The company requests that statutory notice, pursuant to RCW 80.36.110, be waived and that the revisions become effective March 25, 1998, in order to meet the request of the customer. Since the contract provisions filed herein are fair, just, and reasonable, the Commission finds that there is sufficient cause for granting the waiver requested by the company. FINDINGS After careful examination of the contract for advanced communications services filed herein by U S WEST Communications, Inc., on March 8, 1999, and giving consideration to all relevant matters and for good cause shown, the Commission finds that the contract should become effective March 25, 1999. O R D E R THE COMMISSION ORDERS that the requested waiver of statutory notice in connection with the contract for advanced communications services filed herein by U S WEST Communications, Inc., on March 8, 1999, is hereby granted, and said contract shall become effective March 25, 1998.
