Proposed changes are: Disposal fees at the Royal Heights Transfer Site will be 
$79.78 per ton for compacted and non-compacted. 9th Revised Page 20.

Reason petitioner requests waiver of statutory requirements and permission to 
file and publish the proposed provisions:

Effective August 1, 1998, the rates at the Royal Heights Transfer Site will be 
increased.
