The filing consisted of a tariff revision to reflect the implementation of a City of Woodway tax. At the time the filing was made, the company requested Commission authority to waive customer notice prior to approval of the filing by the Commission. The company asked to instead be allowed to provide customer notice on or with the first customer billing containing the new tax amount. Pursuant to review of the filing, the Commission finds that the carrier's request should be granted. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED That Northwest Waste Industries, Inc., d/b/a Lynnwood Disposal, G-235, shall be required to notify their customers that a City of Woodway tax in the amount of 6 percent has been imposed. Said notice to be issued prior to, on or with the first customer billing containing the tax. IT IS ORDERED That Northwest Waste Industries, Inc., d/b/a Lynnwood Disposal, G-235, shall, at the time notice is provided to customers, file a copy of the notice with the Commission.
