  On February 25, 1998, the Commission approved a filing by Murrey's Disposal 
Co., Inc., G-9, in docket No. TG-980054.  Provisions contained in the filing 
established rates for new services and decreases in other existing rates.

  At the open public meeting of February 25, 1998, Commission staff recommended 
Murrey's Disposal Co., Inc., G-9, be required to disclose alternative service 
options to customers and require quarterly reporting for the next year.

  Pursuant to review of the filing, testimony and staff recommendations, the 
Commission finds that the carrier should be required to disclose alternative 
service options to customers and require quarterly reporting for the next year 
to include customer counts with revenue extensions and a detailed profit and 
loss statement.

O R D E R

  IT IS ORDERED That Murrey's Disposal Co., Inc., G-9, shall file the above 
mentioned data of the program proposed in filing TG-980054 on a quarterly 
basis. The first report for the quarter ending March 31, 1998 will be due April 
30, 1998. The final report for the quarter ending March 31, 1999 will be due 
April 30, 1999.
