Transfer Site will be $81.35 per ton for compacted and non-compacted.  8th 
Revision, Page 20.

Reason petitioner requests waiver of statutory requirements and permission to 
file and publish the proposed provisions:

Effective January 1, 1998 the rates at the Pacific Solid Waste Disposal 
Transfer Site will be increased.
