Solid Waste Transfer Site are $78.20 per ton for compacted and non-compacted.

Proposed changes are: Disposal fees at the Royal Heights Transfer Site will be 
$78.05 per ton for compacted and non-compacted.  Disposal fees at the Pacific 
solid Waste Transfer site will be $80.35 per ton for compacted and 
non-compacted.  6th revision page 20.

Reason petitioner requests waiver of statutory requirements and permission to 
file and publish the proposed provisions:

Effective April 1, 1997, the rates at the Royal Heights Transfer Site and the 
Pacific Solid Waste Transfer Sity will be increased.
