RE: In re Application of U S WEST, Inc. and Qwest Communications International,

TO ALL PARTIES:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 7, 2000, the Commission received for filing 
the following motions:

1.  Joint Intervenor Motion To Continue Hearing, Reopen Discovery, And To Allow 
the Filing of Supplemental Testimony; and

2.  Covad Communications Company Motion to Compel

Parties who wish to respond must do so in writing filed by 12:00 noon, March 
10, 2000. Filing via facsimile is permitted, but the Commission’s Records 
Center must be provided an original and 19 copies by 12:00 noon, March 13, 
2000.  Service by expedited means (e-mail or facsimile) must be effected 
before, or simultaneously with, filing.  The Commission may, or may not, 
entertain oral argument after considering the motions and any responses.
