NOTICE OF
REVISED PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE

RE: In re Application of U S WEST, Inc. and Qwest Communications International, 
Inc., Docket No. UT-991358

TO ALL PARTIES:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 7, 2000, counsel for U S WEST and Commission 
Staff requested informally that they be allowed one additional day to prepare 
witness lists, exhibit lists, and furnish advance copies of planned 
cross-examination exhibits.  These parties represent that the additional time 
will permit them an opportunity to pare down the number of potential exhibits 
and to make a better organized presentation of material to aide the Bench to 
prepare for a well-organized hearing proceeding.  These are laudable goals to 
which all parties should aspire and it appears the additional time will promote 
the achievement of these goals.  Accordingly, the request is granted.  The 
procedural schedule is modified to permit all parties one additional day, until 
close of business Thursday, March 9, 2000, to submit and exchange witness 
lists, exhibit lists, and planned cross-examination exhibits.
