PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that all parties are required to file by March 7, 2000, any 
motions to strike prefiled testimony or exhibits.  The party sponsoring 
testimony or exhibits that are the subject of a motion to strike may file a 
response by March 9, 2000.

sponsoring party no later than 8:00 a.m., March 8, 2000.  Responses also should 
be served by electronic or other means to ensure expedited receipt.
