NOTICE OF REVISED FILING REQUIREMENTS

RE: In re Application of U S WEST, Inc. and Qwest Communications International, 
Inc.,  Docket No. UT-991358

TO ALL PARTIES:

On September 29, 1999, the Prehearing Conference Order was entered in this 
proceeding.  In the paragraph entitled “Filing; Copies of Materials” parties 
were directed to file an original plus fourteen (14) copies of all pleadings, 
motions, briefs and other prefiled materials with the Commission.  The 
Commission now requires parties to file an original plus nineteen (19) copies 
of all documents to meet present administrative needs.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that as of the date of this notice, all parties are directed 
to file nineteen (19) copies of all pleadings, motions, briefs and other 
prefiled materials with the Commission.
