NOTICE IS GIVEN That a prehearing conference in this matter will be held at 
1:30 p.m., Friday, September 24, 1999, in the Commission's Conference Room 108, 
First Floor, Chandler Plaza Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive S.W., 
Olympia, Washington.  Parties may attend the conference by telephone by dialing 
the Commission’s conference bridge line, 360-664-3846, at the appropriate time.

The time and place for further proceedings will be set at the prehearing 
conference or by later written notice.  The purpose of the prehearing 
conference is to discuss the status of ongoing negotiations between the parties 
to resolve disputed issues.
