The following files should be in a folder of their own:

- 2) CAP 14 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx
- 3) CAP 15 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx
- 4) CAP 16 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx


The first file references the other three files, so if these three files are not in the same folder as the first file, the first file will not have correct values.

2) CAP 14 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx corresponds to the electric and natural gas adjustments 3.07 and 3.11 respectively;

3) CAP 15 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx corresponds to electric and natural gas adjustments 4.01;

4) CAP 16 - WA CapX Additions 12.31.14.xlsx corresponds to electric and natural gas adjustments 4.02.
