NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE

TO ALL PARTIES OF RECORD:

The Commission gives notice to all parties of record of the time and place 
established for a prehearing conference in this matter.  Good cause exists for 
shortened notice of the prehearing conference based on the consent of the 
parties.  The purpose of the conference will be to review the status of 
discovery and settlement negotiations.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a prehearing conference in this matter will be 
heard on Thursday, April 6, 2000, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in the Commission’s 
Hearing Room 108, Chandler Plaza Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive SW, 
Olympia, Washington. Parties may attend via teleconference bridge.  Any party 
wishing to participate via the conference bridge line should call the 
conference bridge number, 360-664-3846, at the time set for hearing.
