RE: In the Matter of the Pricing Proceeding for Interconnection, Unbundled  
Elements, Transport and Termination, and Resale; [for U S WEST

 Docket No. UT-960369, et al.
TO PARTIES OF RECORD:
Three parties have asked for clarification or reconsideration of the 
Commission's 24th Supplemental Order in these dockets. The Commission has 
determined that parties should have the opportunity to respond to the requests.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT responses may be made to the requests for 
clarification or reconsideration regarding the 24th Supplemental Order in these 
dockets. Responses will be timely and will be considered if received no later 
than the close of business on May 22, 2000. 
Filings should not exceed four pages in length and may be filed by 
telefacsimile to the Commission's records center. Parties are asked to provide 
a courtesy copy of any filing via electronic mail to the presiding officer and
