TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

A workshop in these rulemaking proceedings has been scheduled and noticed for 
Thursday, October 14, 1999 and Friday October 15, 1999.  The workshop will be 
organized into several sessions to discuss the first formal draft of the Gas 
and Electric rules by general topic area.  The agenda will be as follows:

draft rules.
