The revisions consisted of: Naming residential and multi-family deferred recycling credits. At the Commission's Open Public Meeting on March 29, 2000, the Commission suspended the filing to allow for investigation to ensure the rights and interests of the public would not be injuriously affected. Temporary rates were allowed at company proposed levels so that customers would not experience a rate increase. Pursuant to review of the filing and Staff recommendations, the Commission now finds that the Complaint and Order Suspending Docket TG-000425 should be dismissed and the present temporary rates be made permanent. O R D E R IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The Complaint and Order issued March 29, 2000, suspending Docket TG-000425 is hereby dismissed. 2.
